Voice Out values you as a customer.
You can cancel Voice Out Premium at any time from Account settings. There are no cancellation fees. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
If you upgraded to Voice Out Premium and are unhappy with it, contact us at [email protected] and request a refund. You will receive a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of your purchase and have used fewer than 2,000 premium credits.
For subscription renewals, if you haven't used Voice Out since the renewal, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the renewal date.
